How many consecutive days camping in teardrop??

Grandson and I did 40 days last summer, cheated a bit with a couple nights in hotels in Vegas as I don't have A/C and it was a little toasty and we needed a pool. Left Calgary AB, then through Montana, Idaho, Washington, Victoria, Oregon, California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, and home again.

Some of these members are real hard-core teardroppers. We did 15 days and 2800 miles this January. Was fun but not as much as I hoped. Gettin' old I guess. Breaking camp every few days was a pain but our reservations were short. Too much freeway driving too. I miss camping this spring now that has it warmed up nice. We wanted to take a few days during the week at different local parks. Last fall, at the suggestion of another Ohio camper, we stayed at Delaware Lake SP and the sites were laid out very nice. We did set up our camper in the backyard last week. :)

I've done 11 nights twice in trips to Wyoming. Each trip I had one or two base camps for a few days, that allowed for a solar shower and a bit of laundry. The most challenging part each trip was the grocery restocking mid-trip. Most rural grocery stores don't have huge lots to park a hitched up rig and trailer in very easily.

Longest was around 2 months. California to NE Provinces and back by indirect routes. I was supposed to be in Halifax for a week, then a month later was supposed to be in NYC. Had a great time. Best camp find ever was Floyd Bennett Field in NYC, $15 with my access pass. No hookups but good showers.

longest for me - so far, was last summer, went from here -Wash - east to Iowa/Minn and back = 6500+ miles, 38 nite's in the tear (-1 nite hosp/mid-lowa for food poising) just me, = retired, no boss to deal any longer....... PS than after getting back home the 1st week in Sept, was back on the road for 12 more days heading back east to Sula, Mont - where I met up with the Tearjerker group for the finish of our Idaho Crawl..............='ed another

I lived in mine from 5/15/18 to 8/02/18 when I first moved to MT and was gutting my house. I had ice chests and a water supply, enjoyed it. Life was simple and fun

I think our last trip to the four-corners was about 24 days.
