I am the 4th owner. Bought in 2014. Best thing about it: 560 lbs! It can be towed by a small car or even a motorcycle! I have taken it to almost every state park within 200 miles of my home on birding adventures and camping with grandkids. Now they are growing and I need something bigger.
It is excellent condition and has been garaged when not on the road.
4’ wide x 7’ long x 40” tall
Tongue is 42” long
Interior is 46” x 72” (has foam mattress)
Door is 24” wide x 30” tall
Tires are new 5 bolt and 20” tall
Interior has 2 side windows and 1 top (all screened)
2 small storage cabinets inside. Middle cabinet fits small flat screen tv
Rear has cooking shelf, cabinets, lights and plugs
A//C unit hooks up to hose connectors on side
Clean title, current registration
