IRG reservation coming up

Still waiting to get ink for my printer so I can fill out the application and send it in. Hate these inkjet printers into which you pour money thinking that they'll actually print something.

My registration is in, time off scheduled and the car has a new tank of gas. Let's see. What am I missing? Oh! The trailer. The Robinhood? The Tourette? How about the Jim Dandy? Maybe the Kampmaster. I think I have too many trailers. I'll bring one of em. We'll have to wait and see.

We have got ourselves an INTERnational gathering once again, with new folks coming in from Canada this year. Registration is open and active, with space still available. Click on the IRG link below for more information or to register for the event. You can camp for 5 nights/6 days for a cost of $50 per registration. Hope you'll consider coming for a memorable camping experience.

I just have a quick question my wife can't get all the days off so we are thinking of just coming for the weekend. We'll leave after she get out of work and be up that way at about 7 or 8 in the evening of the 27th. So do I have to be checked in on the 25th or can we just show up at out intended time? Of course I know I'll have to pay the full rate which I'm fine with, but we just don't want to lose out on the chance of making this event.

You can come for 1 day or whatever amount you can swing. By the weekend, most folks have checked in, but we've also found some must check out by then to make their return haul home. Come for a fun time, as Saturday is when we have the most TnTTT there, and we have the potluck dinner, awards, and Pay It Forward raffle that night. We'd love to have you come to our final one.

Look for your SASE in the mail....it has info on the event. Picking up the dash plaques on 4.26, and hope to see the prototype of the IRG hat. :D
Please let us know ASAP if you have to cancel. We are unable to give a registration refund, but can try to find another who will take your place. Thanks! :D

Is it crazy to ask if there are any spots available? I would love to attend

On another site, I read that there is still some room for a few more campers; but, send in soon! Below is the site for the registration form. Print it; fill it out; and send a check plus a self addressed stamped envelope so they can send you back what you need to go.

Wish I could go but after my expedition is over need to get back to work. While I may be a small cog. I am one in a small outfit and this years weather has put us way behind.

Sorry it's taken so long but we had to make sure we could make it for sure but our check will be in the mail this week!! Really excited to be part of he final event.

The Fortuna Weather Report is projecting nights in the high 40's and days in the low to mid 60's for next week with a slight chance of rain. Bringing clothes you can layer to keep warm and dry seems like a good idea.

don't be blaming this weather forecast on me being I haven't even got there yet - it's 70 here on Camano Island, Wash. right now with no rain! NICE!! and the forecast says it is to be getting nicer it the next few days (here anyway) Ted Hoefer PS this forecast at the IRG sounds fine for me being I am from here and am a lite-weight when it comes to handling heat!!!!. will be heading south Sunday morning "Wonder'in Aimlessly" !!

In to the weekend, and we've been busy!!

Currently have 180 participants and just hit 100 confirmed reservations yesterday. If you still think you may come, give us a PM. If you have to CANCEL: do the same and let us know. We are prepping/stacking/packing it up and will be going full speed ahead.

Dean and Joanie:

Thank you for another successful IRG and for all your efforts in the past too.
Words are insufficient to express how grateful we are for all you have done.

May your futures be bright and happy with good memories of all that has transpired.

See ya "down the road". :vroom:

That's all folks....we've retired and the website has expired. Thanks for the memories and good times. Love, The Teardrop Nanny :R

Joanie ad Dean - Thanks again for the great times at the IRG! It is a little sad to see a great event retire, but am happy that it ended strong!
Mark
(I saved a ticket in case you guys ever decide to resurrect it ;-) )
