Another member with a similar foam and fiberglass off-road pod described a possible approach using a flexible adhesive such as OSI QUAD MAX on the frame rails, cured against a parting film so it bonds to the frame but not the pod. The same member also considered temporary shims, flexible bolt bushings, and rubber washers.
