Keeping the covers on

I have found that when I am in the teardrop rolling over moves the covers around. The sheets stay put, but I end up with this "wad" of comforter. I can't just throw the end back down to the end of the bed like at home becuase there is a shelf in the way. I have tried grabbing the comforter with my toes, but since there is sheet in there too my toes just aren't long enough. (My husband would be a differenct story, but he doesn't come with me).

How do you keep the blankets and conforter covering up your toes?

I used a couple of methods on our boats but the one that seemed to work the best is to sew a pocket along the bottom of the comforter that goes under the end of the mattress. That will keep the bottom where it is supposed to be. Make it a loose pocket though so you have plenty of room to wiggle your feet. If the comforter itself isn't long enough to just fold under for a "self-pocket", just use a piece of coordinating lightweight fabric for it.

The other method I have used is a strip of Velcro along the bottom of the comforter and the corresponding piece on the bottom of the mattress. But I had my comforter and sheets sewn together at the bottom. Otherwise this won't work because the tucked under sheet will get in the way.

The pocket sounds like a really good idea! Like making one end of it "fitted". Of course that means I have to figure out how to fold it

You might have to look for them but you can get adjustable, elastic straps you can clip on to the sheets to keep them on. They might work. You might also think about velco to the sides of the trailer and comforter..

I use a Travasak. The sheets are removable for washing. I love it. Ranks up there as one of the best camping purchases.

Good idea about the Travasak, but now I have sheets and all that stuff.

Now on to the next question. So it turns out that they stay down pretty good if I can get them under the mattress to start with. BUT the reall challenge is getting them tucked it. I have tried laying flat on the bed with my head under the cabinets, but to say that is is awkward is an understatement. How do you get the foot of the bed tucked in?

Don't have experience with a normal Td but if I had one I would fold the head of the mattress over, pull the whole thing up and put the bottom part on first. Then the top and let it unfold..

I looked in your album to see if you have two doors and it seems you do. If so, open the door and stand outside to tuck in the one side/end. Then, go around to the other side and repeat. That would be my guess as the best way to do it (I have a TTT, not a TD).
