Oh boy...my brain is wondering....

I would like the pallet wood look on the outside of the ttt. I'm worried about weight. We don't have a lot in the ttt. Its the wood for the walls, ceiling and floor, the bed/couch and 2 bins of stuff under the bed/couch, the coffee bar. That's it. Underneath, we have the 4 springs on the axle. I have seen these trailers loaded with much more with less springs. Would my ttt be able to handle the palletwood? Or should I use the waterproof faux planks, glue them and screw them on?
I hate it when my brain doesn't turn off at night! Ugh!

Well.....the vinyl flooring planks would give you a bigger choice as to color and width, along with being much more durable than real pallet wood.

But if you want the genuine look; do you know anybody with a planer? You could round up a BUNCH of pallets to scrap out and have one side of the planks planed down to about 3/8 or 5/16 thick, in order to reduce the overall weight.

Just two quick ideas.....Roger
