Looking for bike trails close to camping places

We ride a GreenSpeed tandem trike and hope to set off on an adventure after our home sells. We will eventually be heading from MI to FL. Wondering if anyone can suggest campgrounds, or camping places, (free is good, we may be doing this dor 4-6 months and will be on a budget) near bike trails. Our trike does best on pavement, so they would need to be paved. Thanks

My husband rode a portion of the Little Miami trail a few weeks ago (we were traveling from NC to IN). He said it was lovely. Not sure about camping nearby, but there probably is something.

If you go though Indiana, we have several nice paved rail trails. The Nickel Plate runs between Rochester and Kokomo. https://www.traillink.com/trail/nickel-plate-trail/
The Cardinal Greenway also runs N-S between Marion and Richmond. https://www.traillink.com/trail/cardinal

There are state parks within 25 miles or so of both the Nickel Plate and Cardinal.
