Max coupler use in Aussie

Hi I'm new to the forum and working on design for an off road tear.
I have a question for the Aussies on the forum. I interested in using a Max Coupler here but have some concern regarding compliance and insurance issues. Hoping you guys can shed some light on them as the trailer code here in Queensland is a bit vague.

I have gone over the Aussie design rules but it is pretty vague. So yes a call to the transport department is the go

I have found an Aussie made hitch an Orac Hitch got it from Australia Trailer Parts. Similar to the Max coupler
