A member introduced “Final Meridian,” a 7x7x16 plus V-nose Quality Cargo trailer conversion being built as a stealth exterior camper with a Romani Vardo-inspired interior. The build has become more urgent after medical issues, disability, job loss, and the possibility that the trailer may need to serve as a practical lifeboat while work and housing plans are uncertain.
Progress so far has focused on insulation in Sacramento heat, including ceiling insulation, spray foam in hard-to-reach gaps, seam taping, and plans to reinstall plywood before moving on to electrical, air conditioning, and an E-track bed frame. The member plans a minimum usable setup for a July 1 maiden voyage with air conditioning, refrigerator, roll-top desk, bed, and possibly a kitchen, while the fuller build has been compressed from about six months to two or three months; another member asked about cooling and interior plans, and the original poster clarified the timeline after initially giving future dates by mistake.
