Hi folks! 'New' to the forum (actually was here a long time ago, but essentially starting over.
I'm Ned, I'm going to be building a Foamie version of a Wild Goose teardrop, and this is Storm, my 23 Ford Lightning. It's an XLT with the Standard Range battery pack. Pretty much stock, I've added a roll back Tonneau cover, and some graphics. Fully charged the range is about 230 miles, but it mostly commutes about 30 miles each way to my truck terminal, and I have a level 2 charger at the house. Longer trips, I can use DC Fast charging. I've had several PHEVs in the past, but this is my first pure EV.
Towing will affect the range, but since I"m building a Foamie, I don't expect it will be too much of a drain, and if it is, I'll just have to stop and charge, or plug in at the campground.
