Milliard Trifold Mattress Product Safety Alert

I just got this email from Amazon about my Milliard Trifold mattress. I have a 6" full size. I'm not sure if it affects other sizes or thicknesses. Guess it's time to find another mattress:

Our Product Safety team has identified that the product listed above may fail to meet mandatory federal flammability regulations for these products, posing a fire hazard. Mattresses that do not meet federal flammability standards may ignite more easily, burn faster, and produce toxic fumes, significantly increasing the risk of injury or death in the event of a fire.

If you still have this product, we urge you to stop using it immediately and keep it away from open flames, heat sources, or smoking materials. Follow the steps below to properly destroy this product and request a refund:

1. Make sure the product is not in use. If it produces heat, allow it to cool down fully before proceeding.
2. Using a permanent marker, clearly write “DO NOT USE” in large letters across the front of the product.
3. Use a dark-colored marker on light-colored surfaces, or a light-colored marker on dark-colored surfaces, to ensure the marking is clearly visible.
4. Take a single clear photo of the product showing the entire product in frame with the “DO NOT USE” marking clearly visible.

It appears to be a flammability concern....so many things are! Like my polar feece hoodie, but I would never use either close to an open flame.

Dear ApacheXMD et al,
I am attaching a letter I just received from Milliard stating there is NO recall.

Don't worry about it. NO foam out there is fireproof. At work we had some fire proof/ resistant foam for doing plane seats. Someone was grinding where they shouldn't be and caught the stack on fire. Luckily the employee grabbed the stack and ran it outside, put it out.
He ended up with hair on his arms burnt but no more.
