Hi Guys

I know that I I've been around here asking questions for about 3 or 4 years but know it's time to start.
Please be patient as you probably see by the time I start my first question I'm a slow builder because of so many project.
The goal of the build is to build and aluminium frame to be used as utility trailer for 3000lbs that I will drop in a pod in to use as enclosed trailer for snowmobile and other needs.

So tonight, I cut the frame piece of the Aluminium frame.
The build will be 140x72 all aluminium.
The build as of now is 2x5 x3/16 channel for outer frame and 2x4 3/16 for crossmembers.

Here's the pictures

you see at the right the left over from the alu bar, so that is why i'm a slow builder... minimize waste !

Be patient and stay tuned ;-)

Since the frame is gonna be in channel instead of rectangle tube based on recommendation of a experience welder.
I need to make the channel to fit inside the others for the frame outline.
