New guy here. Looking to build a mobile kitchen, storage/shelter, radio shack compartment using a Harbor Freight 5x8 as a base. Searching for plans to look at and come up with a config that works for me. I have a general plan in mind, but it will be a while before it really gells. Big question: What do y'all use as a base floor over the HF trailer frame?

I might suggest a 3/4" wooden framework, sheathed on both sides with 1/4" ply, and the voids filled with foam board.

The gussets in the above photo are to hold it together until the backside is sheathed. The plywood portion is to support the vertical parts in the galley.
