I just finished this build. At 600 lbs, it's light enough to be towed by pretty much anything, but roomy enough to sleep 2 adults comfortably. Exterior is PMF, floor & walls have 3/4" foam board insulation, roof has 1 1/2". Brand new 2000 lb Dexter axle & hubs. Tires are 6 ply "N" (87 mph) rated. 2" ball.
