Looking good!! What kind of hinge did you use on the hatch?

Also, how do you secure the lower doors on the galley closed, and what hinges on those?

I used pretty standard heavy duty black powder coated hinges on the lower doors and SS marine hinges on the hatch over a 2mm thick x 5" wide rubber seal. I will get some closer detailed pics uploaded of it soon.
