Hi folks. I'm Peter. Joined yesterday. Consider myself a YATD - yet another teardrop dreamer. 
The user name and avatar - it's in german, just reflects a few hobbies, Fishkeeping, Automative, DIYTech, and Gardening.
My wife and I, 2 dogs and 1 cat, split our time between Green Valley, Arizona, USA and Álamos, Sonora, Mexico.
I'm interested in constructing a tear drop based on the CLC TearDrop design: (https://clcboats.com/shop/boats/recreational-vehicles/clc-teardrop-trailer.html)
I will utilize my own handbuilt trailer (build with welder neighbor in Álamos) or a kit from NorthernTool: (https://www.northerntool.com/categories/trailers); jury out on Ultra-Tow or Ironton
However, I may deviate slightly from their plans and extend it as this builder, stretchMike, did six years ago: (https://teardropforum.com/forums/topic/teardrop-stretch/)
Will be retiring in a few years and really want to ease into just working on my house, garden, building a wooden skiff, building a teardrop.
At some point we will simplify things and pick one place to live and make it happen there.
Looking forward to learning a bunch from you folks and contributing a bit as I make progress.
