PMF Paint question - Acrylic Urethane Enamel under Latex?

I'm starting the PMF for my foamie. I purchased oops Sherwin Williams exterior paint, but didn't realize it was an acrylic urethane enamel until I was ready to open it.

This was intended to be my initial thinned coats for the PMF. Am I safe to use this? Will the latex top coat adhere with sanding prior to painting?
