Recommendations for Campgrounds in NE Missouri?

Hey All, My husband and I had a big trip planned in Wisconsin next week that has been cancelled due to COVID. Any recommendations for a great campground in NE Missouri?
We don't need electric or water hookups, but available restrooms would be nice. We'd like a little space between us & our neighbors as we have two dogs who like to say hello... loudly. Friendly, but bark a little at first.

Hannibal is about 2 hours from our house & fingers crossed I can convince him to pull out our teardrop for the weekend.
