Again, I wish- this year we are on a holding pattern while we get our cargo trailer purchased. Next summer the plan is to head west the beginning of June and return the middle of August!

I'm afraid the Midwest one isn't in the cards unless I suddenly become independently wealthy . I've wanted to go to Tater TOT for years now, but the timing just never seems to work. Oh well, just 22 1/2 years to retirement.

Part of the reason we went with a cargo trailer, was also for our bikes. I prefer to haul ours inside, although we are still using, what some recumbent riders call wedgie bikes.

We do have a recumbent on our want list. We have gotten to ride a Greenspeed tandem recumbent trike, and loved it. Although to haul that, I will either need a new trailer, or to haul it on the roof...

Right now we are really into mountain biking... so the wedgie bikes are our option at the moment.

I have ridden a recumbent mountain bike.. but I have found them not the best choice for East Coast.. tight, twisty, rocky, and rooty single track...
