Registration confirmation answer needs updating

Hiya. I just created an account on the site, and in the registration form it asks the confirmation question "What year was 10 years ago?" The answer that satisfies this confirmation is still "2013."

If I should be sending this bug report somewhere other than posting it here, someone please point me in the right direction.

Fast forward to January 12, 2025...the answer to the "10 years ago" question is still 2024. Just registered today...
