Sad to say the end of my tiny trailer adventure is over (for now). Our family outgrew my original intention with this trailer, so we are moving to something bigger.

This trailer has a Maxx Air vent fan with 10 speeds, 12v and 120v power, interior and exterior lighting, a door/window combo on each side (windows are screened). I can also throw in the solar panel I use to re-charge the marine deep cycle battery. There is a large rear window (unscreened) for loading and unloading gear into the trailer. Tires are were replaced in early 2025 (May or June)

It is well insulated underneath, and in the walls and ceiling; if you close the doors and have the fan running, you can sleep through the riff-raff at your camp ground.

Trailer is titled and registered in the state of CO, registration is about $35 a year. You can tow this with any vehicle, I built it specifically to be easy to tow and lightweight. I have not ever weighed it but based on the metal frame + a guess of the wood structure, I'd place it at or under 600 pounds. I usually move and reposition it in my garage by hand. It should fit in any garage given the total length (from hitch to back of the trailer) is about 13'. Built on a harbor freight 4x8 trailer and the frame has been welded (it's not just bolted together).

If you are interested and end up purchasing it, I will give you a deep dive on everything about it.
