Teardrop Cruiser II

Searching around I found some info and drawings on this tiny trailer. It shows a link to mikenchell.com but I can't get it to work right.
Does anyone know if plans for this were ever available or if anyone ever built one? I really like the design and it would work well (with a few changes of my own) for my idea of what I want to accomplish. I would change up the clerestory to a design like the clamshell popups for vans. Lose the drop floor. Also a little wider and taller overall. Not much though. I have to stay under 78 inches tall and 16 feet total length including tongue.
Any information on this would be appreciated.

I actually got the link to the drawings to work but couldn't get the contact me link to work.
