Tire question

Question for the group: I have a second hand Kestrel Talon TSR 1.0 that is currently running 700x23 tires. I would like to put larger tires if possible. Does anyone know if this frame / fork can run 700x25 or 700x28? Thanks in advance.

about the only thing you can do is walk the bicycle in question into a 'well established' "real" bicycle shop - so they can actually look to see if there is enough room for the larger tires - it is just too hard to explain something like this on the internet. Usually bikes that use this smaller sized tires like this, are also made with very little clearance for any larger sized tire - it's best for someone who knows what they are looking at and for to have a look-see at it.
