The good news is, it didnt rain, but stayed cloudy and cool. Perfect bike riding weather, even better for people taxing their digetive tracts ...
The bad news is they still start their event @ 8am ... AND they are 1.5hrs fron the neerest metropolitan area.
Makes for a long day ...

We and him, took turns "pulling" our friends on their tandem... they slowed quite a bit after 18 donuts. ( so they actually finished an hour and a half, in front of us.
