I built this truck camper over this last summer by taking two old fiberglass truck caps, slicing them up, bonding them back together 15 inches higher and 12" wider.
Some of these older caps are pretty cheap and can serve as a pretty good start to build either a trailer or a truck camper if you can visualize an outcome, and deal with a little itching from the fiberglass work.
I dropped some pictures of the build in one of my personal albums for those interested.
