Anyone have any suggestions? Can be State park , Hipcamp, dispersed or
privately owned. We camp in a popup that we converted into a hard side.
Thanks

We stayed at Big Ridge State Park North of Knoxville last Fall. Wasn't really too bad; had electricity and showers. Not many trees or other vegetation between sites, which is our preference. Afraid that was one time I missed taking a picture of our campsite, but did get a framable quality picture of the river the morning we left. It's about three or four posts down in this folder:

The way in has some pretty windy roads--or "crooked" as my wife's family in Knoxville says. Bit of a challenge towing a teardrop, but not really all that bad.

Welcome to the forum!

Thanks for the reply Tom. I actually live about 8 mile from Big Ridge
and grew up in that park.
It’s a pretty good campground I agree. Nice lookin pics.

Mile High campground- just outside Smoky mtn national park. Technically in NC. Literally at mile high elevation. 76 degrees in July.
