Hello

I am building a Vardo style microcamper, primarily for summer travel. I have a question about walls.
The siding, sheathing and interior wall are most likely a 1/2" thick or less piece of plywood.
I want to keep the weight down, so is this too many things? am I overdoing it?

Thank You for your support.

Yes, you're overdoing it. Here is how I build teardrop walls.

The skeleton is 3/4" ply with most of it removed and the voids filled with foam board. Speaking of which, Tyvek is for houses, not campers--it'll preclude gluing. You want to glue the sheathing to the framework, and foam board should be used for insulation--not glass batting. You want the walls sealed inside and out.
