Watched topics

I keep getting mail about topics that are marked as watched. I haven't marked any topics, how is this happening?

I usually just click, "View posts since last visit." Then read them from there. Either by clicking on the post or the icon on the Left if there are several pages.

Am I doing something wrong?

You had "Always notify me of replies" set to yes. I just changed it to no.
