Window question

have a question about windows.

I'm building a foamy and so my walls are going to be 1 1/2" thick, plus I will put some 1/8 in Luan on the inside getting them to a little over 1 5/8".

Many of the windows that you can purchase are designated for walls thinner than this. Is there a way I can use those standard windows, or do I need to go with the windows that are specifically for the one and three quarter-ish (plus) wall thickness? There's just not as many available.
