winter dutch oven cooking. ???

Gave ours away, to much trouble even in regular weather. I'll stick with my pellet grill and stove top as everything comes out perfect. Besides with just the two of us, don't eat that much so a DO is overkill.

Yea... It's new years day and I am getting tired of pork and sourcrout and am planning to cook up a chicken with a recipe that I found on this foreum.
