Can't wait to meet you and all the people from everywhere that I've not had the pleasure of meeting.

Better book soon this ones gonna fill up fast. In a couple days Kurt will start the task of booking all the sites and then when the public see's the rest will book up quick. So don't wait to long.

If funds are available; we'll run another "T-shirt Offer" within the next few weeks. (So...you still have a chance to win)

After the reservations are finished for the first group, we will have a "Campground Map" showing who's coming and where they are staying at the Park. This Map will be updated so you can see the growth of the gathering.

We have a geographical spread from Topeka, KS to New York City, and from Florida to Ottawa (Canada). This is almost an 800 mile radius from McCormick's Creek State Park.

Pretty amazing - Thanks to all who are supporting this gathering. :applause: Stay Tuned

Bob, "the other folk" meaning the civilians?

I'll need to make the bulk of the reservations (46 sites for Thursday, Friday, Saturday) today when the sites become available for July 14.
Tomorrow, I'll do the reservations for 18 sites for Friday, Saturday.

So,... for the main gathering sites, I am still in the process of reserving sites.
Sunday should be the first day for the "open reservations".
Again, I'll alert the forums when this actually happens so people can leisurely reserve their sites between Sunday and July, 2011.

The main body of the gathering sites will be in a more confined area. The sites reserved after I'm done might or might not be close to the main gathering sites.

This is fine for those who want to be a little further away, although I don't understand why they would do that.

Of course, waiting too long could result in no site available for the gathering if the park fills up.

So we already have the park 40% full with our group and starting Sunday the locals who frequent this park will start making their own private reservations.

We know 6 months is a long way off but this will be a "You don't want to miss" gathering. I had better places for the money that I invested in my reservation to, but it is now done and one less thing I have to worry about!

So please get those reservations in A.S.A.P. We want to see ya there and havin' a great time !

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
I can't wait to see the map that's when it gets real impressive....

Watching an entire park turn blue with reservations from Tiny trailer folk from our extended family.

Bob, Scott has started working on the map. By tomorrow, I have the last "main" reservations done.

We should have 69 or 70 sites assigned for the July gathering. Amazing, isn't it?? ;)

Thanks Carter, You, Galen, John T., and Tim will have to bring it all together with your assignments.

We've got lots of time to work on it so let's make it "fun".

Thanks to all of the Directors and Co-Directors on the planning committee. :applause:
We have a good team to work with and I'm really excited to see July roll around.

Pretty amazing - Thanks to all who are supporting this gathering.

We have (7) sites available and reserved for whoever would like them.

They are reserved for Friday and Saturday nights.

Please get them while they last.

Send in your registration and camp fee to get these sites. Don't wait too long. (see web site for details)

We have 2/3 of the park (Loop "A") reserved for our gathering. Please keep up the great response and we might just "Fill it Up".

Scott's "Campground Map" will show the details of the gathering , but here is a shot of the sites we have reserved so far.

These sites are for "our" gathering.

Please notice that Sites # 9, 10, 34, 64, 66, 98, 107 are reserved as "extra sites" which are available to anyone who registers. They are on a "First come" basis.
