Postby mechmagcn » Mon Jan 31, 2011 8:49 pm

Kurt, the price of a gallon of fuel isn't going to stop me from camping when and where I want :) I'm not saying I'm loaded, but I really don't have any other vices to spend my money on ;) So, I will see you in July, even if we are the only ones there. 8)

I need some more pictures for the "Owners and Trailers" page.
http://cra2011.weebly.com/owners-and-trailers.html

I have 55 so far which means that there are 29 who haven't sent in pictures.

I want to get everyone's pictures so send them to me.

Update for te CRA 2011

We have had an over whelming response to this gathering and we (the organizers) really appreciate the enthusiasm.

When we started, there was no way to tell how big this would get.

We now stand at ( 88 ) reserved sites and the next 'big push" will get us to the "Century mark"

With this goal in mind, we are offering another "Free Event T-shirt offer" for the first 100 registrations.

There are only 28 "open" sites in the park (Loop "A").

If you want to be part of one of the largest Tearjerkers gatherings, please get your registrations in before the 28 "open" sites are gone. :applause:  8)

Kurt, could you send me the email again for Janny and I , for the fee to camp? My computer took a bit of a dump. It lost about half of the stuff I had in it. Sorry about the delay! I have been off-line for a week or two.
Thanks, Kurt

We need some more guesses for the "Attendance".
Right now we are up to 26 guesses with a "kitty" of $72.28.
With a bet of $2.78 you can't go wrong.

Don't forget - As this gets bigger- it pays for more gas.

Let's keep them coming.

TJX, not a bad idea (except for Bob's "classified" recipies, of course)

whats the specifics on the swap meet at site 57

Postby hoosierteardropmaker » Mon Feb 07, 2011 8:48 pm

Can anyone explain what exactly the swap meet is all about. Can people bring stuff to exchange, sell or what ? I know what swap meets are, but was not sure what direction we are going with this and with this many teardrops in one location I am sure we all have something that someone else wants or needs. Can anyone shed more light on this?

Dan Galvin should chime in soon (hopefully) to explain the Swap meet.

Remember a few weeks ago I said there would be a celebrity guest at the gathering.

Well...I got a call from "the Chef" last Friday and he said, "I'm ready to help cook the Saturday morning Breakfast"

I've see him cook before and, believe me, the breakfast will be something to behold if he's involved.

Does anyone know "The Chef"? Give me your best guess....
