You guys have enough to take care of already. I'm gonna bring what my site number dictates... now where is that calculator?

Paul, that's the idea.

Bob's plan looks good to me. He's good at this stuff.

Bob, can you make up an easy to decifer list based on your plan so people can see it in black & white.

This way there should be the minimum amount of confusion (which is the whole point).

People will begin to see the food to plan for and we can then keep a list of the site #'s and the food, just for the record.

Thanks,

Just wanted to put out the offer for cards that real nice for handing out and would be nice for trading and collecting at this large gathering or any gathering you might be attending this year.

The cards are nearly indestructible (I've tried) come 100 to a box might need extras for this gathering

If anyone is interested in the trading cards just send me an email with a large format picture of you and one of your camper for the back. Also with the info for the front and back. I'll put the pictures on the cards with your choice of chapter logos or the tearjerker logo on the front and info on the back then upload it to the zazzle store and you can order them whenever you choose.

The store Tearjerker Cards

Here's the cards with 1 or 2 people on the front and a back view.
front info can be altered if you'd not prefer the info on the front like your email or something different instead of, just send me an email and we'll work it out.

 just noticed I need a new front pick without hair

UPDATE 4/6/11

We can now say that ALL of the sites in "The Main Loop" are taken.
Loop "B" will be the "overflow" area and we can let the new campers reserve those sites on their own.

I'll adjust our website to include these links and pictures.

These sites can be reserved by going to This Link for the reservations in Loop "B".

Here is a view of the entire camping area:

There is a winery not far from there that I highly recommend, "Oliver Winery". Friendly staff, great wine tastings, and available back roads all of the way back to the park.

I was kicking myself for not acting sooner...and went to the site to reserve my "B" side spot...and wouldn't ya know there was a "ghost" site (126B) available. Gee I hope it really exists or I will have to camp in the twilight zone again.

Blotto B not really sure about the 126B on that side if it's a glitch in the new system or what but if you've paid you've got a spot somewhere and they're all not that far apart.
Glad to here you'll be joining us, do you have a name for me to add to the map?
