Scott
We played it a vintage rally last month, and it was a blast. It got a little x vs o
toward the end. But you learn about your fellow campers!!!
A fantastic game!

Made a trip over to White Water again yesterday. Very nice area with all the trees having leafs on them. Even the middle row that said party shady had some real big shade trees on them.

Okay, we're in! We are camping Thursday and Friday nights, leaving Saturday. We will be in site 127.

Since we'll be all set up, we would be happy to host a Friday night wine and cheese party. (If someone already has planned one, just let me know. I don't want to be pushy!) We enjoyed the one Dan Galvin hosted at CNTL4!

Assuming this is okay with you, we'll have some wine and some cheese and crackers on hand, but if it's convenient, please bring a bottle of wine or a snack of some sort, and probably your lawn chair. I'll have cups and napkins and a corkscrew.

We have a reddish (actually Merlot, how appropriate)-colored shelter and a silver Lil Traveler 8 footer.

Sorry we can't stay longer, but we're on our way home to Wisconsin from a Smokies trip. Looking forward to getting acquainted!

This brings us to 20  :campfire: I'm so ready

Thanks Pat. As usual, everyone will bring a little something for the party.

It's Pat, not Pam :)

Postby tearhead » Sun Jun 27, 2010 7:00 pm

Well it's actually, Pat, with a T, but I'm glad for the positive response. And my husband's name, for the record, is Mark. Yes, looking forward to it!!

Later addition: Ah, you fixed it! Speedy! If there's a breakfast on Saturday we could make that. is there?

Sorry Pat, I was only one letter off. (that's 33%) Not a good grade.

So, are you going to "Pam's" party?

But seriously, thanks for offering to do the "wine and cheese". It's super way to meet people.

We have another couple (Mark & Pat) from Tennessee chapter who usually come also but I guess they won't make it this time.

Thanks again.

Latest update on my destruction
No galley hatch, but I do have all the door fronts done just need to finish up the drawer fronts. And reinstall the hatch  How come my simple little projects (cabinet faces) tend to escalate. Guess I just live for the pressure of a deadline

Scott, it's looking good. Lots of hard work and you'll be ready for Whitewater and a weekend of some relaxation.

Nice REDNECK hot water heater. I love the daiseys

Image

Seriously though hot water at the ready is great for clean up and I have a couple more if any one want a nice little 32 cup hot water heater, just let me know I'll drag them to Whitewater. I am sure they were well under 8-10 bucks so what ever is on the sticker plus a buck (taxes shipping and handeling dealer prep and cleanup and what ever else they think up to drive the price higher) :laughter:

" Hi I'm Bob and I am a Goodwillaholic "

P.S. while painting the barn I gave 2 of the horseshoes a nice coat of Massey Ferguson Red and they are ready.

ON other notes my new aluminum (now road worthy) 4x7 chassis weigh in at 195 pounds. I got crazy and weighed it tonight. However I was told it sets until the chuckwagon has a top so I guess I had better get buzy. I was told the chuckwagon will have it's maiden voyage to Prophets town.

Probably ought to put the rest of the ceiling in the barn and wire up the 3rd brake light on the barn also.

Well I guess we all work better under pressure !!!!
Growing older but not up !
