How can I repost this in the "south east" section? Maybe get a few more people to attend?

Von, you should be able to copy and paste the "original announcement" in a new post at your chosen (Southeast) location.

Let me know if you have problems.

Thanks,

Kurt -- Just wanted to confirm a couple of things. First, if we sign up and then for some reason have to back out, will we then just be able to transfer our reservation to another date like is typically the case with DNR reservations? Also, if we just go with the campsite reservations right now, can we add the breakfast fee at a later date?

Any change in the reservation date is subject to a DNR charge of $10 per site. (DNR rules..not my rules)
If you let me know early enough, (before July 1, 2011) we could rent it to another camper and send most of your money back ($25.50 per night).

You would lose $10 one way and $6.00 - $9.00 the other depending on how long your reservation was for.

You can pay for breakfast at the gathering for $5.00 per breakfast. It's only $4.00 if you do it with the reservation.

Hope this helps.

"Crossroads of America 2011" - Update

We have a "special offer" to help entice you into registering for the gathering.

We have collected enough "sponsor" money to offer a "Free" -Custom Event T-shirt.

This is only offered (free) to the first 50 camper Reservations registered for the gathering.

These T-shirts will also be available for sale at the gathering.

Please note that these shirts are not the same as the "zazzle" T-shirts. These will be "Navy Blue" with the CRA logo on front and the "sponsor list" on the back.

If your registration is among the first 50, you will get one of these custom shirts free.

Don't wait too long ... we have 26 registrations paid for with several in the mail. There are 12 more that are "verbally committed" to attend.
That still leaves some "Free" shirts available.

Have a great Holiday season.

I get the feeling that we'll all be tipping a few no matter what site we're in.

It's all close enough that we can find our way back to our own site.

Doug, If you tip a few with Bob Henry, you'l probably be very close to Jeff also.
