Kurts gonna book all the sites plus a few at once, once the park opens it up for booking. Then we'll get a map done up to show all the sites and where people are and the sites that are left unbooked or open.

You got it right Scott. After the Jan 15-16 reservations are in, I'll get with Scott to work up a map. Brace yourself Scott, this is going to be a Big map.

I received an envelope today in the mail. I assume it was a registration and a check for the CRA 2011 gathering but it had been torn and the contents were missing.

There was no name on the return address but the address is from Sidney, OH 43365.

Anyone who can help find this person...Please step up. I can get an alert to them to stop payment.

After the reservations are finished for the first group, we will have a "Campground Map" showing who's coming and where they are staying at the Park. This Map will be updated so you can see the growth of the gathering.

We have a geographical spread from Topeka, KS to New York City, and from Florida to Ottawa (Canada). This is almost an 800 mile radius from McCormick's Creek State Park.

Pretty amazing - Thanks to all who are supporting this gathering.

I would like to remind everyone that this planned weekend the park will also be celebrating it's 95th anniversary and there will be a free concert on Saturday. There will be a lot of competition from the local camping crowd so although 7 months sound a long ways off this park will explode with reservations in about a week. When the flood gates are opened for new reservations starting mid month it will be a stampede.

I wanted to repeat this for some who may not have seen it.
There are 180 sites and we have over 1/3 of them filled.
When reservations open up the park will fill up !

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BOOK NOW ! Our multi state gathering 2 years ago was a sellout. They were directing traffic at the campground turn off 1/4 mile from the campground gate and if you didn't have a reservation in hand you were turned away!

SO IT DOES HAPPEN !LET'S " CRAM THE CREEK"

I was born in 65 and the TV shows amazed me, I grew up watching them. Like the Beverly Hillbilly's and Gomer Pyle were early 60's I don't think I knew that
