Hi everybody! SaGR's wife here. We're planning another party weekend this year at my family's place in Morris---ten acres on a lovely waterway. There's swimming and games and Rick's mouthwatering slow-cooked barbecue that he always does at these gatherings. It's dry camping but with access to water and other comforts. We can only take a limited number of teardrops, so if you want to come, just message me here on the forums to let me know.

People can come on Friday if they want and stay until Sunday. The party itself is going to be potluck as most teardrop gatherings seem to be, and we'll try to have a nice big breakfast on Sunday. You'll want to bring a swimsuit for going in the lake!

The town of Morris is truly lovely, with a beautiful downtown area right on the I&M Canal, a racetrack with races on Friday and Saturday nights, and Cruise Nights during the summer, where they display hundreds of antique cars, though I don't know if they have it planned for that particular weekend.

Yeah, I sold my teardrop (ps new owner -- gonna come to this?) but I have a 4x4' gear hauler and sleeping space in my MINI Cooper Clubman. So this is a definitely interesting proposition!

Yes, I was so sad last year because we had a dropout due to sickness and then Mr. & Mrs. Pigcooker were only able to stay for the day so it wasn't as much of a gathering as I had hoped! That's why this time I'm giving lots of notice so as to hopefully draw in some more campers.

Okay everyone...if you aren't going to the IRG then this campout is the place to be on July 17!

Having camped with them before, I can tell you that Rick & Dayna are a lot of fun & so are Dayna's folks!
