Here are the specifics (Memo from the organizers)

We are having a Vintage Camper Gathering Open House @ P.J. Hoffmaster State Park on Saturday, June 9th. 11:00am – 4:00pm.

For your members: I’ve locked up sites 174 – 230 (56 sites) for June 7-10th.

Reservations for those dates and sites can be made by calling the Michigan State Park Reservation System @ 1-800-447-2757;

Starting tomorrow December 14th to January 5th.

After January 5th, all remaining sites will go back into the reservable inventory for those dates.

Members must call the call center to reserve – With the specifics of this offer, it can not be done on line. When they dial the 1-800 number, they need to select OPTION #4 and request to speak with someone from the Service Resolution Team… they then need to identify themselves as a member of a Vintage / Antique Camper Group to make reservations on one of these “heldâ€

Laura and I are interested. Roadtrip for the Metzendorf!

As we start to reserve sites for the Hoffmaster gathering, I'll keep a list of attendees and their sites. I'm not sure that I can make it but we'll treat it as a normal (un-scheduled gathering) as is progresses.

FYI: Special reservations for the Hoffmaster Gathering June 7-10th end Thursday, Jan. 5th. We have 9 reservations thus far J Remember… the more the merrier J

As of today we have 40 reservations for this event.. yeh!

It’s not too late to make reservations. You can call the Michigan State Park Reservation System @ 1-800-447-2757 or follow the web page below to make reservations on line.

We hope to have a loop of our campground filled with vintage trailers/tent and invite visitors to walk the loops to look at and visit with club members. J Our campground hosts are also working on “old timeâ€

We have 45 confirmed vintage campers coming in for the June gathering here at Hoffmaster… problem is I have three reservations without any indication that they are with the tear jerkers or tin can tourists. Do you have a membership list you could check if I give you the names? I don’t want a snafu at check in with any club members. Please let me know… and thank you, Terri
