Update on Indiana Spring Gathering at Spring Mill State Park.

So far we have the potential to have 20 trailers at the gathering. Make sure you call to reserve your camp site before it's too late. The web link for reservations (as well as the phone # ) is on the Gathering flyer. Anyone wishing to get more information, please e-mail me at [email protected].
You questions can be answered through this discussion board as well.
So far, there are far more people (potentially) registered than I ever expected. We could always use more.
 :applause: 8)

How little?

I'll be bringing my camping companion, age 12, she likes kids!

If the kids like water, they're gonna love the spot dad picked out! :applause: :applause:

Being as it is cave country, the stream behind camp dissapears like magic into the rocks...

Greg. My best half will still be teaching so she won't be able to make it. Once they get the hang of it it's a matter of restrooms after that. 8)

Yeah, I shoulda caught on quicker

Some days, I'm a little slow...

My 12 year old doesn't mind camping, but its pretty hard to call it rough, what with the trailers we keep building.
She likes to come cause I let her cook, works out well for both of us.

Now sleeping on the cold hard ground in a wet tent with your parents and brothers and sisters...whew! Thats rough!
We once went from Illinois to San Francisco in an old station wagon.
Every night for several weeks, we set up camp and slept in that tent.
Camping was fun, but the tent part will never be forgotten.

Kurt , yea I know what ya mean. Matter a fact I took her out for dinner tonite & asked her if she wanted to go to the gathering & all she did was chuckle! :laughing1: :laughing1: Yea , kinda like that. Oh well , more room for me in the Dew Drop Inn! :applause: :applause:

Rob , thats cool the she likes to go with ya ! My daughter is 16 now & I miss the things we used to do together like that! :( But ya can't keep'em young forever! When we were kids our family did the same thing ,camping in a big ol tent. The biggest problem we had thi was my Mom was claustorphobic!! :lips: She would be in & out of the tent all nite & she HAD to sleep ny a window!

See ya at Spring Mill soon!

Hi all

I'm the new guy, just found this place. Made contact with Kurt, got reservations for the gathering at Spring Mill. Spot 76, more than exited about seeing another teardrop. I'm 54 years old and a retired toolmaker. I made my teardrop last spring , camped in it a lot last summer. Anyway I will be there in may. Jimmy
