On Fri. Night, right after the wine & cheese social, Lou Maiuri and his dance team "Appalachain Country Cloggers" will perform and teach us to flatfoot/square dance! It was so much fun last yr! Hope to hear from you with site #'s and when you will be camping. Come pass a Good Time!

You are the first event I have seen that would be an easy trip for us. My wife and I live just east of Roanoke, VA. We would like to attend if Carrgo Trailer camper conversions are welcomed. Unfortunately we will not have ours ready this year in time to consider this October, but maybe later for the next one.

Hey Bob,
Cargo conversions are welcomed also. If it's not done you could still camp in something. This year at Max Meadows, Va., the Teardrop City Gathering, they had a guy from Canada camping in his mini van. It would be Great if you can, that way you can find out how much fun Gatherings are. My first TearJerkers gathering I had my woody built but the wife said I couldn't make the "Maiden Voyage" without her. She had to work so I loaded a tent/sleeping bag/cooler/guitar on my motorcycle and off I went. The Tn. group thought I was alittle off til they got to know me. I may still be that way alittle?
You should check the Old Dominion chapter on TJers for their gatherings. Some maybe close by.

John, thank you for the warm welcome and invite. We would love to attend this upcoming event, but we are donating time to help a local charity event that weekend. I will take your advice and check out the lead you gave me. Maybe next time we can meet you and hopefully many others.
