It definately looks like we're off to a good start. What was our official count for last year? I'd love to see a solid 25% increase in attendance.

25% increase? Yikes! I'm expecting about the same as last year myself. The TearUp was never intended to be a 'national' event... for some reason it just became real popular lol. More campers means a longer 'stumble' to the wine and cheese

The official count for last year was 55 trailers, 101 campers...might be missing one or two...

Last years participants can be see at
http://tearuptheadk.com/participants2009.html

The 2008 TearUp list is 'fairly' accurate... think there was a few I forgot to add after the event...
25 trailers, 50 campers...
http://tearuptheadk.com/participants2008.html

23 trailers and 50 campers in 2007...
http://tearuptheadk.com/participants2007.html

15 trailers and 30 campers in 2006...
http://tearuptheadk.com/participants2006.html

13 trailers and 26 campers in 2005 (although my notes say 14)...

Rick that's BRILLIANT!! I'm definitely game for that! Perhaps we can think about Friday night being Pint Night for those that are interested. I'm happy to offer up my site as a gathering place for said pint drinkin' if ya like. We can have a nice big fire to sample our pints beside (because it's NOT going to rain!) Who knows... pub songs might even end up being sung if the pints are just right...for that matter, if folks were feeling of a mind they could bring along an instrument if they liked and help out with the singin... Like me Da always says...nothin' like a proper fireside sesiun! :D
In any case it's definitely something to think about as the time gets closer.

A few more updates/fixes and photos on the participants list. I am missing a few email addresses and photos still (not necessary but great to remember, recognize folk). If I have your email address for mailings in the spring, you'll see the last field beside your name on the participants list says 'yes'. I don't publish them for privacy reasons.

Missing Steve and Phyllis's dates as well.

We have a mystery camper on 207. Anyone know who that is?

Best bet for someone booking next is site 228. Not sure why this site has been overlooked. It is a great site, with great sunset views, a great fireplace and a nice sandy beach for your kayak. I'd book it myself if I didn't already have a site! 8)

Grab it while you can!

Time to go have some non irish beer... Corona, which was on sale last week at the duty free. :R

Dave, #228 was just waiting for me.
I just booked it for Jun 10-14...and looking at my pic from last year's Tear-Up, I guess I should try to find you another picture...

This year, my goal is to arrive well before dark, and actually be able to enjoy Friday by the lake!

Bugspray AND extra coffee Theresa! Not sure which is more important . . .
I don't want to get to the end of my life and find that I have just lived the length of it. I want to have lived the width of it as well ;)
