someone on another board asked me if this rally was still happening this weekend -- but I haven't been able to find out anything about it.
It's also the last weekend of the NY state fair, and I'm in the Spam competition on Sunday, so I can't drive over to Lake George -- but I'd be interested to know about the rally for the person who was inquiring.

Pat- I believe the rally was last weekend(Aug 28-30)

Yep, thanks, Rick.
The person gave me the wrong dates (which explains why I couldn't find it) and then realized she had the wrong weekend. oops.
OTOH, maybe I'll place in today's SPAM competition at the Fair.
I am hoping to go down to Sampson in two weeks for the Tin Can Tourists Rally -- at least for the day. Then camping the 23-28, coming home, repacking and heading up to Cranberry Lake for the first weekend in October. Nothing like cramming the entire season into the last few weeks!
