Cape Cod - Columbus Day Weekend?
Posted: Mon Jun 01, 2009 9:06 amI am thinking of planning a trip to Cape Cod for an extended weekend around Columbus Day (Oct 9-12). Does anybody have any campground recommendations around Hyannis?
I thought I would make base camp on the Cape, then take several day trips from there. I want to spend a day on Nantucket, a day in Newport, RI, a day in Plymouth, and maybe a day on the Cape.
If anybody wants to have an inpromtu gathering I am up for it.
Also, this is the last weekend the regular Ferries run to Martha's Vinyard and Nantucket. Afterwards, only the high speed lines run.
