Planning a trip to Sampson State Park this year and was wondering if anybody has camped there and what they thought of the campground. :thinking:

The family and I have gone to the TCT North East Vintage Trailer gathering there a couple of times now.
We really like the campground. :thumbsup:

Hello all.

WE camped for a week at Sampson park and we had a great time. Most of the sites have a 30 amp electric hookup. Plenty of room at most of the sites and because it was an old Airforce training base, there are lots of roadways to ride bicycles on. I would definitely suggest this campground to others.
