It is a bit far from our southern friends but we are hoping we have some folks from up north come down and join us. :) We plan to have tons of fun.

Postby queeniejeanne » Sat Jan 02, 2010 12:25 pm

As a first come, first serve site, maybe someone can do something to assure D & Queenie can get that site....not breaking rules of course. We will leave early to get up there asap maybe even on Thurs afternoon...depending on business.
HEY a tiny trailer. Whatever it takes.

After experiencing some REALLY cold temps this past weekend, I'm ready for springtime. Nathan, thanks for putting this together. We enjoyed meeting and camping with you and Donna at Knob Noster last fall and looking forward to another weekend - by the way, Mark got some whittling knives for his birthday - wonder where that idea came from  .

Again, thanks for your work in getting this put together and by the way Mark and I are in site 10 - dog zone.

If smiles are a dime a dozen, I'll take a dollars worth!

site 8 and couple questions

Postby Dick » Tue Jan 12, 2010 10:17 pm

Just got around to checking the site after being "awol" for awhile. Nathan - great job of checking out state parks and organizing the weekend. We just made reservations for site #8 - looking forward to seeing everybody after this long, hard winter.
Do have a couple of questions though -
#1. Will Darren and Nathan try "kissin the bees" again? With luck it'll be too early for the bees.
#2 - Everybody saving their wine bottles this winter for the "glass blowing" demonstration?

Speaking for myself, I never want to kiss a bee again! I think Donna may have some bottles.. Anyone have an appropriately sized hollow log?

Thanks for joining us. Map and list updated.

Yea, no more bee's in the mouth for me.
