I have a friend who will be traveling from Minneapolis Minnesota out to Provo Utah and back with his family. They will be camping along the way. Anyone have any suggestions on some good campgrounds that they could stay at between Minnesota and Utah? Thanks.

Tim,

What route(s) are they taking? Having lived, gone to school there & having kids go to school there, we have traveled back & forth between Minnesota/Wisconsin to Provo, many times & lots of camping in-between. Our son is leaving for Provo in a couple of weeks to go back to school.

The plan is to go I-90 out there stopping for one night in the Black Hills and the return trip is open. They are not sure if they will take I-90, I-80, or another route on the way back. Their daughter goes to BYU.

:D Google maps has a search nearby feature. Just click on the area you want and type in camping, food, movies.... :)

Thanks Miriam. Finding a campground is easy. Finding an outstanding campground isn't that easy.
