Posted: Wed Apr 16, 2014 12:20 pmI don't think there is a Tearjerkers Chapter in either Nebraska or South Dakota. You could go on the Tearjerkers Forum and volunteer to start one if you would like. Also you are more than welcome to come over to Minnesota or Wisconsin and join us at our St. Croix Chapter gatherings.
