MAY 15 – 17, 2015
CRAWFORD STATE PARK - Farlington, KS
We will be having a gift exchange and ask you to bring a camping related gift valued around $25.00 if you wish to participate.
WHEN: May 15 – 17, 2015
WHERE: Crawford State Park 1 W Lake Road Farlington, KS

We will be staying in the group camping area which has electric sites with limited water hook-up (bring a long hose and possibly a “Y” if you are wanting to hook in). Camping will cost no more than $20.00/night and will probably be less depending on how many attendees we have! We will hopefully have A LOT of campers so please plan to double or possibly triple up on sites. (the sites are LARGE!)
WHY: ‘Cause it’s an annual tradition AND a great opportunity to see old friends and meet
new ones!!!

We will plan on having a “social” time on Friday evening around 6pm for a wine and snack time. Please bring a bottle of your favorite adult beverage to share as well as a light snack. We will take time at this event to introduce ourselves to each other.
Saturday morning we will have coffee and pastries available at our campsite at 8:00am.
There are many things to do in this area; Fort Scott, Girard, etc. We will also have a sell/swap/trade event throughout the day/evening on Saturday. Please have your items priced for potential buyers/swappers/traders.
On Saturday evening, we will have a potluck dinner around 5:30pm. Please plan to make a small to medium sized dish to share with the group. Afterwards, we will have our gift exchange!
