Mike, people have already made their plans. The time to add Thursday was when you posted it. You can add it, but you may not get very many. Maybe a PM to those coming and ask if they want to come on Thursday before you spend more money.

Slow, I've been wanting to come to Walk The Winds ever since I read about it three years ago. Problem is it happens about the time of another rally that I usually go to on the other side of the country. If you still have it next year, I may skip my usual one and come on out. I've driven through there a couple of times on my way back from Yellowstone. It sure is pretty country. Good luck this year and hope everyone has a great time. Maybe I'll see you next year.

You're close enough that you could simply go for the day (or tent camp). The advantage of going to a gathering is that you have an opportunity to see what other people did on their builds and get lots of ideas for yours. ...Things you may not have even thought of.

Sounds good Slow. Did you get the extra day reserved for the camp ground? Or just show up.

My little Mordor Expedition. Got rained out. But at least we did not get stuck out there. Was close but we called it in time and got out.

I am still planning on Walk the Winds. Not working to much in June so try rather unsuccessfully to not spend much money. Will be working again in July but I will take the time unless work is really nutso.

Randy

I been thinking about making a pot-o-beans in camp also.

Lantern lighting could get exciting. Not really. I know how to make beans with very little gas. But then I also know how to make them extra gassy.

I'm still a very tentative maybe. Very. I'd say I'm a firm maybe if I knew I could pawn the kids off. I'm trying to figure out some times and couldn't find any directions to the site. Did I look right past them? Can you tell me how long the drive is from Pinedale proper?

Thanks

Take US 191 5 miles (Slowcowboy mileage) or 6 miles (WYDOT mileage) :? north from Pinedale to WY 352. Turn north toward town of Cora.
Take WY 352, past town of Cora, 14 miles to the New Fork Lake Road.
Turn Right onto New Fork Lake Road . NOW..... TURN OFF your Garmin, Tom Tom, GPS, confuser etc.
:? IT KNOWS NOT WHERE YOU WANT TO GO!!!!!!!!!
Procede on New Fork Lake Road 3 miles
DO NOT TURN RIGHT : toward Boy Scout camp!
Look for this sign, by a dumpster...and turn left onto the dirt path into the camp ground.

I saw you where having problems with the chandelier but I am unable to visualize it.

Not sure yet what I will bring this year. Probably try not to bring more than 5. I had nine last time and that was a chore. I do plan on bringing a wicker chair and a recliner. Leaving hiking boots home. 8) 8)
