Lynn since this is a gonna do thing you might want to post it in the North Central and maybe in the South Central for people who don't come down to read here.

I sure wish I could come all that way. It would be as far as Minden for us. :?

arggghhhhhh :(

thought we might be able to make our first gathering. 9/10 hrs is way to far for us that weekend.

but missouri and kansas are *right* next door to each other.

well, this is my lament. the party will *no* doubt go on without us!

It's right near the swim area...but I think it is a ways from the horse stuff...and I'm not sure where the big spring is...?? Sorry. Look at the web site and see if that answers your question.http://www.naturalkansas.org/lake.htm
I hope you can come! It will be fun and relaxing!

Okay..... I talked to the new man again about camping and Sept and such , and this is a go! We've got something going on just about every weekend in Sept , but hey ! that's what makes life fun!!!

I think I'll pass on a T shirt though... I don't wanna wear it and have people thinking I"M 50 yrs old !!!!!

I'll call the park later today and make a reservation .... it'll be about a 5 hr drive , I think we'll leave around noon on that Friday.

Hey everybody. 7 DAYS to my BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION. Julie, no body will think you are 50 if you wear a t-shirt, you're far too young and "fresh" looking! 8) My t-shirt will be a little bit different than the rest so that EVERYBODY will KNOW I'M the Birthday Girl!

Any WAY!!! EVERYBODY...here's your last chance to let me know if you are coming and if you want a t-shirt...e-mail me!!!!! I'll be getting the t-shirts Tuesday September 11...

[email protected]

That is: lynn(underscore)[email protected] since the hypertext line covers up the underscore! :R

This is going to be fun and I can't wait to see ya'll at Scott Lake!!!

Later,
Lynn

Glad you had fun. Maybe it was cold but at least it was not raining. To me it looks like nice weather for camping. Oh and HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
